The Standard Porta Potty covers most work. Toilet, urinal, paper holder, hand sanitizer, tough enough for a build site or a ball field.
The ADA-Compliant Porta Potty has ground-level entry, a wide door, grab bars, and space to turn a wheelchair. Any event open to the public should include at least one.
The Deluxe Flushing Porta Potty adds a flush and better odor control, the step up most Noblesville wedding and reception clients want.
The Deluxe Porta Potty with Sink puts the sink, soap, and mirror inside, which helps at family events and keeps a food line moving.

On private ground, such as your driveway, a builder's lot, or a church parking area, you normally need no City permit. The moment a unit touches the public right-of-way, the rules change.
Streets and right-of-way: Noblesville requires an encroachment permit for any work in or blockage of the City right-of-way. Applications go to the Street Department at 1575 Pleasant Street, online or on the approved form, and allow five working days for review. Starting before approval brings a penalty and a stop work order, so file early.
Events on City streets: there is a separate special event encroachment permit for an event held on or involving City streets. A small neighborhood gathering uses the block party version, which needs signatures from the affected property owners and has to be filed on paper.
Who to call: the Street Department answers encroachment questions at 317-776-6348. City Hall sits at 16 South 10th Street and is open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on weekdays.
Food at your event: if food is served, Hamilton County asks the organizer to register with the health department at no charge and to send in a site map showing vendor spots, toilet and handwashing locations, drinking water for vendors, and trash cans. Confirmation comes back within five business days. Each food booth also needs its own permit. The health department is at 18030 Foundation Drive and answers at 317-776-8500.

Put units on firm, level ground. Hamilton County clay holds water, and a spot that carried a truck in August can rut badly in March. Gravel, asphalt, or a compacted pad pays for itself.
Leave the truck a clear path with no parked cars, watch for low limbs on wooded lots near the river, and tell us about gate codes or a closed street. On a job site, keep units within about 200 feet of the work so nobody loses half a break walking.
Keep units roughly 15 feet from food service and well away from creeks, storm drains, and the riverbank. If you are drawing a site map for the county, that separation is easy to show.
Standard service is one visit a week to pump, clean, and restock paper, soap, and sanitizer. Fair week, concert nights, and big crews usually want more, and a hot Indiana July always does.
Indiana keeps a tight hand on the waste itself. The state environmental agency runs a septage permitting program that covers pumping, hauling, transporting, storing and disposing of what comes out of a portable unit, and any company doing business with portable units has to hold a state business permit. Units and the gear hauling them must be secured against coming loose, and the pump truck needs a leak-proof tank. Locally, the City's own plant handles about 7.5 million gallons a day and finishes with UV disinfection before the water enters the West Fork of the White River.
