Traffic control and security come through the Sheriff's Office, road closures through Public Works, and medical cover through the Fire Department.

A business application sent at least 60 days out is $300, while one sent 59 days or less before the event is $550, and a charitable organization pays $150 or $275 on the same split. Town Hall keeps a Monday through Thursday week, so build that into your timing.
Food at events: Maricopa County is the one to watch. The county event registration asks how many restrooms and portable toilets you will have, and they must sit at least 25 feet from food vendors.
