Two more calls save time. City parks and pavilions are booked through Parks and Recreation at 903-237-1270, so ask them what extra units are allowed on the grounds. And if food is going out to the public, every vendor needs a permit from the city's own Environmental Health Division at 903-237-1285. Set units on level, firm ground with a clear approach. East Texas clay turns slick fast in a spring storm, so a spot that held up last week may not hold a loaded truck this week. Check for low limbs, soft shoulders, and gates too narrow for the service vehicle.
Keep units at least 15 feet from food service, and away from creeks, ditches, and storm inlets that feed toward Grace Creek and the Sabine. On a job site, place them within about 200 feet of the crew. At an event, spread them so no single line builds, and put the accessible unit on flat ground with a direct path.
