Two numbers decide the size: how many yards of debris the job makes, and how much each yard weighs. We run five sizes between 10 and 40 yards.
The 10-Yard Dumpster is the one to reach for when weight rules the job. Brick, block, broken slab, and soil hit the tonnage limit long before the container looks full. A single bathroom or a modest yard project fits it well too.
The 15-Yard Dumpster is sized for the in-between jobs: one crowded garage, one room of flooring, a small roof plane. The step up in room costs far less than the step up to a 20.
The 20-Yard Dumpster does most of the residential work around Horn Lake. It swallows a full house cleanout and keeps up with a remodel that spreads over several rooms.
The 30-Yard Dumpster belongs on additions, new builds, and tear-downs, where debris keeps arriving over weeks and the mix changes as the job moves.
The 40-Yard Dumpster is the biggest we run. It suits commercial construction, heavy demolition, and industrial cleanouts where volume rather than weight sets the limit.
If two sizes look close, describe the job to your account manager and let them do the math with you.
