What Factors Affect Your Porta Potty Rental Price?
Every rental includes the same basic steps: we bring the units, keep them clean on a set schedule, and haul them away when you're done. What changes from one quote to the next is the detail around those steps. - Rental length: A party or festival is usually billed as a weekend rental, even if you only need the units for one day. Building sites run on a four-week billing cycle, so a long project is priced month by month. - Number of units: Your total climbs with each unit you add. Ordering the right count up front saves you from paying for restrooms nobody uses. - Service visits: Each stop includes pumping, a full clean, and fresh paper and sanitizer. A crowded event or a big crew may need extra stops, and those cost more. - Delivery distance and site access: A flat spot next to a paved road is quick to reach. Serving beer or wine? Add 15 to 20 percent more. - Construction sites: Under federal job site safety rules, a crew of 20 or fewer needs at least 1 toilet. Bigger crews need 1 toilet and 1 urinal for each 40 workers. - Accessible units: For a public event, include at least 1 accessible unit in each group, which works out to about 1 in every 20. - Emergencies: For storm, flood, or fire recovery, plan on 1 unit for every 10 relief workers.

Porta Potty Rules and Requirements in Colorado
