The Town's code of ordinances makes it unlawful to obstruct a public street, alley, or sidewalk, or to block the free use of nearby property. A container on the pavement could fall under that rule.
Florence lists a ROW Permit Application under Public Works, filed through the Town's online permit portal. Community Development also offers a Public Works Permit Application. Neither mentions dumpsters by name, so call before you plan a street spot.

Warner Street and open Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Community Development, at 224 W. 20th Street, handles permits at 520-868-7575 on the same days. Both offices are closed on Fridays. Most remodeling and cleanout debris can go in your container. Arizona law and the receiving facility set the limits.
Arizona bans waste tires from landfills, with only narrow exceptions set by state rules. Keep tires out of your dumpster and take them to the Pinal County Material Recovery Center at 12725 Adamsville Road, west of town. The same county site takes stoves, refrigerators, washers, dryers, and microwaves.
Hazardous waste, liquids, paint, solvents, fuel, oil, pool chemicals, propane tanks, and asbestos can't go in a standard dumpster. Pinal County's household hazardous waste site is in Coolidge, and you can reach it at 520-723-4167. It takes checks or money orders only.
The Town also lists refrigerators, medical waste, and liquid waste as items the local transfer station won't take.
