Food vendors: Sumner County is covered by the state environmental health program, so temporary food vendors and event organizers request their permit from the state rather than a county office.

Pick ground that is flat, firm and reachable in a straight line. Sumner County soil holds water after a storm, and lakeside lots can stay soft for days, so a gravel pad or plywood under the unit protects your service schedule.
