Most building and household debris can go in your container. The limits come from Ohio's disposal rules and from the facility that receives your load.
Under Ohio's rules, a construction and demolition landfill can take building debris but not household trash, yard waste, furniture, or appliances. It also can't take liquids, fuel tanks, drums, tires, or batteries of any kind. If your job mixes remodeling debris with cleanout junk, let us know so the load goes to the right place.
Hazardous waste, paint, solvents, fuel, and asbestos can't go in a standard dumpster either. Asbestos needs its own removal plan before any demolition starts.
Tires and appliances should be set aside and mentioned when you book.
If you're unsure about an item, ask your account manager before you load it.
