A dumpster on private property, like your own driveway, usually doesn't need a City permit in Keller. If the container would sit in a street, alley, or other public right-of-way, check with the City first.

The agreement lists temporary roll-off service and construction debris among the services it covers, and the City counts remodeling and new construction as commercial work under the contract.
