Here's what changes the cost of a Buffalo rental.

A dumpster on private property, like your driveway or a side lot, usually doesn't need a City permit in Buffalo. Once it sits on the street or sidewalk, you'll need one.
The City's Department of Public Works, Parks & Streets issues a Street/Sidewalk Obstruction permit for that use. You'll find it on the City's permits and applications page, which also links to the online application.

Electronics need their own trip. The City bans TVs and computers from the curb and sends residents to its e-waste drop-off at 1120 Seneca Street, open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and the first Saturday of each month.
Tires are another item to hold back. The City runs tire drop-off days at its Broadway Garage, with a limit of four per household. If you have tires or appliances, mention them when you book.
