Those placements go through the Public Works Department's Right-of-Way Division. The City's fee schedule prices a temporary right-of-way usage permit at $100.00 for the first 50 square feet, plus $50.00 for each additional 50 square feet or part of one, with a $50.00 minimum on any permit.
