Most construction and cleanout debris is fine. Florida law and the county's disposal sites set the limits.
Under Florida law, you can't knowingly send lead-acid batteries, used oil, yard trash, or white goods like refrigerators, stoves, and water heaters to a landfill. Whole tires can't be buried in a landfill either. Keep these out of your container and mention them when you book.
Hazardous waste, liquids, paint, solvents, fuel, and asbestos don't belong in a standard dumpster.
For household chemicals, Miami-Dade runs Home Chemical Collection Centers for residents. According to the City's household hazardous waste page, they take oil-based paint, pesticides, solvents, and pool chemicals at 8801 NW 58 Street in Doral and 23707 SW 97th Ave in Homestead.
