Most debris from a Monterey remodel or cleanout can go in your container. The limits come from California rules and from ReGen Monterey's own load checks.
Every load that reaches ReGen gets checked for hazardous waste. If banned material turns up, the hauler pays to manage it, and ReGen may report the load to state and local regulators. That's why hazardous waste, liquids, paint, solvents, fuel, and asbestos can't ride along in a standard dumpster.
Electronics have a rule of their own. ReGen's fee list states that it's illegal to throw electronic waste in the trash. TVs, computers, and microwaves go to the facility's household hazardous waste area instead, the same spot that takes batteries and paint.
Mattresses fall under California's Mattress Stewardship Program, which aims to reuse or recycle old mattresses. Keep them separate and mention them when you book, along with tires and appliances, since those carry their own fees.
Ask your account manager about anything you're not sure of before it goes in.
